CEA-P (Green Prime) is cationic water-based emulsified asphalt designed for use as a prime coat.  The unique formulation of this product uses “green” technology to yield a prime coat with no added volatile organic compounds (VOCs) that may be associated with traditional emulsified asphalt prime coats.
